Returns & Exchanges Policy
We operate a refunds only policy.
- How this works:
- We will only exchange your item if its damaged.
- Once you've returned your faulty item for our product inspection we refund the item(s) cost.
- We refund the the product cost only, this does not include delivery fee.
- How do you exchange?
- If you would like to exchange, you must return your unwanted items and purchase the correct size or colour from our website again. We will refund you the product cost of your first order once it has been received and passes our product inspection. This prevents mis-sizing, stock issues and order fulfilment for other customers.
- Non returnable items:
- On Sale Items*
- Glass mugs
Items can only be returned and exchanged if:
The order has been placed within the last 30 days: (30 days from day of purchase).
The original Proof of purchase (Delivery/Purchase Receipt) is produced. (Email of the receipt is fine)
The item is still in stock.
The item passes our quality inspection (See below).
The item is deemed to be damaged & not to any fault of the customer.
Items can’t be returned if:
The Item(s) have exceeded the 30 day return window, from the day of purchase.
The original Proof of purchase is NOT able to be produced.
The Item(s) are not in stock. In case of this, we can offer a refund.
The item(s) do not pass our quality inspection. (If the returned item has damage, visible stains, wear marks, smells of deodorant, aftershave or perfume or has been washed. We are unable to accept the return due to the unsatisfactory state of the item(s).
The item(s) have been bought in a sale.
Delivery Refund Policy:
Please note that it will only be the cost of the item which will be eligible for refund. Shipping and handling cost will not be included in the total refund. Discounts will be taken into consideration and deducted when working out the refund price. You must meet all other relative criteria to be offered a refund.
