Due to the demands being placed on most logistical and distribution services, some orders have taken 10+ days to arrive with customers. Thus, we ask for some extra patience and grace in waiting for your order to arrive.
We have increased our returns period to from 30 days to 40 days and ask that if you wish to return an item to please reach out to our warehouse team via email@example.com with a precursor email to notify the team beforehand. This means we can prepare for when the package arrives and ensures a fast turn around on whatever method of fulfilment you choose.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items can only be returned and exchanged if:
The order has been placed within the last 30 days: (30 days from day of purchase).
The original Proof of purchase (Delivery/Purchase Receipt) is produced. (Email of the receipt is fine)
The item passes our quality inspection.
The item is deemed to be damaged & not to any fault of the customer.
Items can’t be returned if:
The item(s) have been bought in a sale. Except if we still have the sale live on our website and we have the size you require. For any other sale item we would not be able to offer any return, exchange or refund.
The Item(s) have exceeded the 30 day return window, from the day of purchase.
The original Proof of purchase is not able to be produced.
The Item(s) are not in stock. In case of this, we can offer a refund or an alternative product which is equal to the price of your original product.
The item(s) do not pass our quality inspection. (If the returned item has damage, visible stains, wear marks, smells of deodorant, aftershave or perfume or has been washed. We are unable to accept the return due to the unsatisfactory state of the item(s).
Please note that it will only be the cost of the item which will be eligible for refund. Shipping and handling cost will not be included in the total refund. Discounts will be taken into consideration and deducted when working out the refund price. You must meet all other relative criteria to be offered a refund.
